Winema Singles Conference

A total of 41 people from Oregon, Washington, British Columbia, Montana, and North Carolina attended the Singles Conference at Camp Winema, near Pacific City, Oregon, September 11-13, 2009.

Kris Swiatocho brought energetic, humorous, practical messages. Pamela Kinsey brought some great music, and people had a great time.

The next Singles Conference at Camp Winema is on the calendar for September 10-12, 2010. We hope to see you there.

Our Vision and Values

Vision: To be a Bible-based, non-denominational, fellowship of single Christian adults, where people feel safe, supported, and respected.

Values:

Biblical Principles – We are a Christian group. We want to reflect this in our meetings and other activities and in the way we honor God’s plan for male/female relationships.

Respect – We will offer respect to each other in the way we speak to each other, honor one another, and maintain healthy relationships with each other.

Joy – We believe in sharing each other’s heartaches, but our meetings will focus more on sharing our joy.

Inclusive – We are open to all singles, regardless of their background, race, age, or economic status.

Non-judgmental - We will avoid being judgemental, while maintaining Biblical accountability, and a core commitment to Christian values.

Prayer – We will support each other in prayer and make prayer a regular part of our meetings.

Balance – We intend to provide a monthly fellowship that centers on a topic of interest, and other events, approximately monthly, that are just for fun and fellowship.

Support for each other - Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it. (1 Corinthians 12:27)
